What is the expected production time for my order?
Most of our custom home decor and print products are handcrafted in 3-5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, production may take up to 7 business days before shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our prints and frames globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for custom products?
Because our products are custom-made with your personal photos, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days for a free replacement.
How do I know if my photo resolution is high enough?
Our uploader features a built-in quality warning. If your image resolution is too low for the selected print size, a warning icon will appear to ensure your home decor looks crisp and professional.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We can update your shipping address within 2 hours of order placement. After this window, orders are sent to our production facility and cannot be modified.
